Who We Are…

Dave Burke, Sr. started his Door County tree service business with discarded old climbing gear, an old chain saw (that he had to borrow money for) a jeep and a trailer to put brush in, in 1967. His son Todd Burke, Owner, is a Certified Arborist and Certified Utility Specialist, and has been in the business for over 31 years. Todd Burke is now President and Manager of Operations.

We have a team of well-trained professional arborists, state of the art equipment, and a safety and maintenance program to keep things going safely and smoothly.

We do commercial and residential work, municipal work, power company and telephone work. Whether a day’s worth of work or a year’s worth of work, we have the capability and man power to get the job done.

With over 50 years in the tree service industry and over 3,000 jobs a year in private work alone, we have a 90% return customer rate. We have held some utility maintenance contracts for over 30 years and have one of the lowest accidents rates in our field. Our commitment to quality work, safety training, and equipment maintenance programs has helped our company become one of the leaders within our industry.

We live in such a great community and proudly support a number of our local organizations like the Door County Land Trust, Crosroads at Big Creek, The Ridges and the Liberty Grove Historical Society.
